- Qualified job candidates are often overlooked by employers as a source of labour.

given the opportunity to participate in the workforce, individuals with
disabilities tend to become long term employees, thus reducing training costs
in high turn over positions.
- Every
year a new group of high school students with disabilities search for summer
work and part time employment during the school year.

POLARIS we work closely with four local colleges to support qualified and
skilled individuals to enter the workforce.
